Part 107 Certification
In order to operate a droneĀ in the United States for commercial purposes, the operator must be certified to exercise the duties of a remote pilot by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The exam includes content about flight dynamics, weather patterns, airspace awareness, safety procedures, and other information relevant to drone operations.
Airspace Authorization
The airspace in which drones operateĀ can be somewhat complex; however, we can request authorizations for your project when required. This ensures compliance with all controlled airspace and coordination with other aviation services when necessary. Currently, we have authorization for the following locations: KBLI (Wide Area), St. Joseph South.
